If you install this mod, be sure to re-add the vehicle dirt/rust removal modification, as SA Retextured 3 replaces vehicles.fx I directed myself to the 'San Andreas Retextured' modification, which replaces thousands of textures in GTA SA to make them high definition and more desirable. This will remove all dirt and rust from vehicles, so they look as clean as they do with OwlGaming's shader.ДЇinally, I wanted my vegetation, signs and environment to match the quality of the ENB. The right pane is the most important, as it contains the enbvehicle.fx configuration, which makes all the difference. This will bring up three blue boxes, with various options to edit. When you install the modification, you will want to press 'Shift+Enter' to open the ENB Settings menu.
